Relacore
Controls Cortisol Levels
Relacore Overview
The manufacturer for Relacore claims the link between stress, tension, and excess body fat is clear; high levels of cortisol can cause pound after pound of body fat to accumulate. They assert "... a bulging midsection is not your fault, it's the harmful combination of everyday stress, overeating, and excess cortisol, all conspiring to keep you over-stressed, tired, and thick around the middle." Phew, that's certainly a mouthful of ... sorry caught myself. Anyway, back to the point, they tout Relacore as a breakthrough anti-anxiety and mood elevating pill – is it?.
Relacore doesn't work as a
fat burner
per say, instead it works to control levels of cortisol – a
cortisol controller
as I've called it, similar to
CortiSlim
and Cortidrene. It's intended to cut levels of stress induced cortisol production by reducing stress and tension. If stress related cortisol is not the reason for your weight gain then I suspect Relacore will do very little to help you lose weight. Alternatively, if you live a very stressful lifestyle and high levels of cortisol in your system have not been associated with other health conditions, then Relacore may help to promote weight loss or at least prevent additional weight gain.
From research I've done and customer reviews I've read, Relacore seems to get more positive reviews than do other
cortisol controlling diet pills.
While there are still some people who become frustrated with Relacore and swear never again, others are quite happy with its results. Oddly enough many who are happy with Relacore are not so because the supplement helped them lose weight, but rather they enjoy its anti-anxiety effects and its ability to reduce stress.
The bottom line? Most of us gain weight because we consume many more calories than we burn off with exercise. While I do agree some of us over-eat as a result of stress, and yes cortisol has been associated with weight gain, I have my doubts that this diet pill is going to work for the majority of overweight or obese individuals. I think many will find other diet pills and weight loss supplements will better meet their expectations. Personally, however, I believe the only true way to permanently lose weight is to adopt new lifestyle habits, including a regular exercise routine and healthy
diet plan - supplements or no supplements.
Relacore Results
The manufacturer claims Relacore will reduce anxiety induced cortisol production, helping to minimize stress, decrease mild anxiety, improve mood, and increase energy levels. While they maintain that individual results may vary, they say you should notice an improvement in mood in as little as a few days; and a visible reduction in belly fat within two to three weeks with significant results in as little as thirty days. They also note that Relacore should be taken in combination a proper diet and exercise program for optimal results.
So what do customer's have to say about Relacore's results? It's about 50-50. The customers I've heard from personally, and from customer reviews I've read on-line, seem to indicate half who use Relacore are happy with the results while the other half remain disappointed. Those who're positive about Relacore noted its ability to reduce stress, stabilize mood, and promote a feeling of well being. While few actually made any mention of weight lost while taking Relacore, many praised it for helping them get back to the gym and curbing their desire to over-eat out of stress. Those who gave Relacore a negative review noted its inability to promote weight loss and didn't feel it curbed their appetite, although most did confirm Relacore's anti-anxiety effects.
With Relacore, as with all
cortisol control supplements, I believe few customers appreciate the manner in which these pills promote weight loss. Such diet pills are not your typical
appetite suppressants or
metabolism booster
diet pills, instead these diet pills act to control cortisol levels. For this reason they will likely only promote weight loss in those individuals who's excess weight gain is a result of high cortisol levels brought about by a highly stressful lifestyle. If this isn't the case then I seriously doubt Relacore will help with weight loss at all.
Relacore Dosage
It's important to always read and follow the directions on the product label before taking any dietary supplements. Often manufactures change their formulas which may or may not result in a change with the recommended dosage.
At the time of writing the recommended dosage for Relacore is to take one capsule with a full glass of water, three times per day: morning, noon, and early evening. You may take Relacore with or without food. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day.
Relacore Ingredients
Relacore is completely stimulant free and the majority of ingredients have a calming and stress reducing effect on the body. The manufacturer has packed Relacore with many of the stress-busting B vitamins, as well as a their own trademarked ingredient Relacortin™. There's also a little dose of
calcium
and magnesium included with each capsule, although it would have been nice to see a little vitamin D to aid in calcium absorption.
One word of caution: when researching diet pills and weight loss supplements – or any supplements for that matter – customers should immediately get suspicious when the manufacturer doesn't list the ingredients on their website. This is the case with Relacore, however I was able to track down the ingredients for you.

Relacore Side Effects
Relacore side effects appear to be minimal and some are even pleasant. Some of the negative side affects customers have reported include sleepiness, drowsiness, and stomach pains such as gas and bloating. While some of the pleasant side effects include less anger, less frustration, and reduced stress.
As well some Relacore customers mentioned they feel tired and depressed for a couple days after discontinuing use.
Is Relacore Safe?
I haven't heard of any adverse reactions to Relacore from customers, and from a quick review of the ingredients I don't notice anything which would adversely affect the majority of healthy individuals. However I strongly encourage you to review the list of ingredients with your doctor to ensure there's nothing in Relacore which may adversely affect your health.
