Lipovarin Overview

Sterling-Grant Labs, the manufacturer for Lipovarin™, declare Lipovarin "America's hottest new Thermogenic Super Weight Loss Formula." They call Lipovarin an officially licensed "Metazide™" weight loss formulation that will enhance your diet and exercise program by super energizing your workouts and putting your body in a mode suitable for fat loss.

You know I have to wonder if such advertising really works on anyone? For instance, "an officially licensed Metazide™ weight loss formulation" who buys into this hype? Or a better question, what is a Metazide? Oh well, Sterling-Grant isn't the only weight loss supplement manufacturer guilty of ridiculous advertising, the important thing is whether or not Lipovarin works, and from what I hear it does.

From research I've done and customer reviews I've read, Lipovarin is an effective fat burner when used as part of a larger weight loss program which incorporates a healthy diet and regular exercise. For those who miss their old ephedra based diet pills, Lipovarin may be your best alternative. While it doesn't contain ephedra, it does contain a gentler cousin called citrus aurantium. Apparently citrus aurantium has similar thermogenic and lipolysis effects as those of ephedra, but without many of the dangerous side effects.

The bottom line? It seems Lipovarin is meeting people's expectations. Overall the majority of customers who've used Lipovarin have successfully managed to lose some weight, although it's not without effort. Many customers admit to ensure success with Lipovarin you need to exercise or otherwise increase your daily activity level. Lipovarin by itself is no magic pill and you can't expect to lose any weight unless you put the effort in. Personally I maintain the only true way to permanently lose weight is to adopt new lifestyle habits, including a regular exercise routine and healthy diet plan - supplements or no supplements.

The satisfaction with Lipovarin as a weight loss supplement is about 50-50. Lipovarin customers I've heard from personally, and from customer reviews I've read on-line, seem to indicate that the supplement does work as an effective fat burner. Those who were positive about Lipovarin indicated that it successfully suppressed their appetite and boosted their energy level substantially. Many also reported they enjoyed significant weight loss, the range seems to be 10 to 20 lbs over a couple months. Those who were negative about Lipovarin mostly couldn't handle the side effects of the diet pill and had to discontinue use.

A common theme that came up in the customer reviews for Lipovarin was that of exercise. Many customers say for Lipovarin to be effective you must exercise a few times per week and follow a healthy diet plan.

Lipovarin Dosage

It's important to always read and follow the directions on the product label before taking any dietary supplements. Often manufactures change their formulas which may or may not result in a change with the recommended dosage.

At the time of writing the recommended dosage for Lipovarin is to take 2 Capsules twice daily for the first week. Once in the morning before breakfast and once mid-afternoon. Increasing this dosage to 3 Lipovarin capsules twice daily as suited. Try to avoid consuming Lipovarin after 5pm in order to avoid sleep deprivation. Discontinue immediately if you experience sleeplessness, dizziness, headaches, tremors, nausea or any other similar symptoms.

Comments I've received from some Lipovarin customers indicate that 3 capsules may be a bit too much for most people. Instead some like to take 2 pills in the morning and 1 or 2 in the afternoon. Many customers also take Lipovarin with food, otherwise they find they get very sick to their stomach. As a way to slowly introduce yourself to Lipovarin you may consider taking 1 capsule twice daily for the first week.

Lipovarin is one of the worst offenders for cramming their diet pill full of trademarked ingredients. There are 4 ... yep, you heard me right - 4 trademarked ingredients! These ingredients are Advantra Z™, Metabromine™, 7 Keto™, and Serotain™. I won't, however, be very hard on Lipovarin for including trademarked ingredients because they do tell us what they're standardized for and in what proportions, but generally I don't like trademarked ingredients. Why? I'm glad you asked, such ingredients provide NO VALUE to the end customer, they only serve to protect the manufacturer's "precious" proprietary blend, sound good in marketing literature, and for those easily fooled they may incorrectly perceive these ingredients as valuable. I'm a firm believer that the customer should have a right to know what ingredients they're consuming and in what proportions.

As for the formula itself, I'll have to admit I'm impressed. Clearly some thought went into this mix. Its job as a metabolism booster is clearly reflected in its formulation, some potent thermogenic ingredients are included, such as citrus aurantium, 7-keto-dehydroepiandrosterone acetate, and to a lesser degree green tea. These ingredients in combination with stimulants such as theobromine, caffeine, and glucuronolactone make Lipovarin a serious weight loss aid. But that's not all, the manufacture for Lipovarin has also included 5-hydroxtryptophan to help curb appetite.

Lipovarin Side Effects

The manufacturer for Lipovarin indicate side effects may include sleeplessness, dizziness, headaches, tremors, and nausea; if any such side effects occur they encourage you to discontinue use.

From the Lipovarin customers I've heard from and from reviews I've read on-line, some customers have indicated the first few days they experienced side effects including nausea, brain fog, and feeling jittery. After the first few days these side effects diminished but some customers still reported mild side effects including sleeplessness, dizziness, confusion, feeling lightheaded, depression, headaches, and stomach pain. Reducing the dosage very often helped eliminate these side effects.

Is Lipovarin Safe?

Quickly reviewing the ingredients myself I note two which may cause some concern: caffeine and citrus aurantium (Advantra Z™). Caffeine isn't really that huge of a deal, however for those who react negatively to this ingredient you may want to avoid Lipovarin or at least take it at a reduced dosage until you "feel it out". Citrus aurantium on the other hand is a concern, aka bitter orange. Citrus aurantium is an ephedra like stimulant and comes from a fruit known as bitter orange. The concern over this ingredient is its structural similarity to ephedra, raising fear that it may cause similar serious side effects. Citrus aurantium's other common names include: synephrine, zhi shi, citrus bergamia, citrus bigaradia, citrus vulgaris, among others. As for the other ingredients in Lipovarin I strongly encourage you to review the list of ingredients with your doctor to ensure there's nothing which may adversely affect your health.

While researching Lipovarin I did run across one serious report where a women taking the pills had to be rushed to the hospital because of heart palpitations and extremely high blood pressure, apparently the doctor attributed the complications to the diet pills. However, such an adverse reaction to Lipovarin is rare.
