Review:	I have been taking this product for about a week now, and I have only experienced that increased energy, which was the whole reason for buying the product! I do drink energy drinks constantly, and found that I had to quit drinking them while taking this pill (just too much caffeine). I follow the instructions consistantly, and have NOT had any of the listed side effects! I have already seen a difference in the way my clothes fit!

Review:	I have taken this supplemrnt for aprox. one week now. I have followed all the directions and always drink lots of water! I am also a mom of three and start the days early about 5-6:30 am. So bofore breakfast I would take one pill to start. Everything seemed ok but around 10:am I started to feel sleepy???? So I would keep pressing on, around lunch I would take another. Than around 5:pm I was sleepy again! This was starting to suck now, and being a mom there is no rest untill the children were in bed! I had homework to help with, dinner, baths, ect. (NOT THE TIME TO BE SLEEPY) I continued to do the same the next day.... The results were also the same! So I thought maby I should up the dossage to stop the sleepyness. Two in the morning made ne very nauses- so there is the "loss of apetite"! I still would crash after a couple of hours! On day 4 I still continued to "try to get my moneys worth out of the proudct"lol. WARNING! That time of the month was on its way and my P.M.S.-"never a issue before" became verry serious. I had the worst mood swings in the world!!! I became angry! I alos got hot flashes and was so snapy to anyone. I was ready to tear someones head off! I have never expierenced this before. I scared myself, I felt like a monster. "This pill is something I would NOT recomend for us women" Ladies please beware!I decided that the caffene "highs & lows wanting to crash" + nausia + anxiety + angry mood swings"never expierenced before ZANTREX 3- was not worth the feelings I had. No matter how much weight I could of lost! I ended up flushing the proudct after yelling at my daughter for no reason at all!!!!!Whats up with that? It had to go!!!! (I dont think its good for anyone even if you loose weight) It just doesnt feel like a good thing!

Review:	I started taking this 3 months after I had my baby, and it made me feel horrible and depressed, I got really bad headaches and I actually felt like I could hurt myself or someone else. I just felt really weird on it, I ended up flushing the rest and I had no more symptoms after I stopped taking them.

Review:	i cant really say that this product is good for you... it knock the wind outta my stomach, cramps, super stomack pain for 5 to 8 minutes... very painfull to the point i wanted to call the ER asap.. but i decided not to go to the extreme.. overall.. this pill did help me lost almost 25 lbs in under two months.. so im giving it a 3 out of five star.... im very dedicated to losing my weight and that is why im continuing taking this pill....

Review:	I have been taking zantrex 3 for about a year now and even if you dont feel like taking them as the directions say it is an energy boost and will help for the positive in the long run! I take two 30 minutes before I go and work out and it gives me the energy I need and helps for the better! :)

Review:	Do Not Take This Diet Pill, Extremely Dangerous, Sent Me To The ER That Night! I almost called Zantrex on this, when it happened to me. I took one that day, and then another that evening with dinner. Later that night, in bed, I became violently ill, with Heart Palpitations so severe I could not breathe, shortness of breath, chills, fever, chest pain. Called the ER,ambulance, and they rushed me to the hospital. Said it was the extreme diet pill I had taken. My heart rate was so fast they had to administer medication to bring it down. I was in the ER for 2 hrs until my heart was stabilized. Please do not take this diet pill, and I pray someone has this taken off the market, before, if it hasn't already killed someone! Be Warned! From someone who knows...........

Review:	Do Not Use This Product! I took two with 2 glasses of water before breakfast, ate a light breakfast. Took 2 with 2 glasses of water before lunch, ate lunch. An hour later, I wanted to vomit so bad! Finally did and then for the next 3 hours, I could NOT REMEMBER anything that had happened up to three days prior. My husband and daughter called the doctor and was told to take me to the emergency room with all my meds. I only take Lipitor. When I went to get it, I saw the Zantrex-3 bottle and remembered that I had taken them and knew immediately that was when I started getting sick. After about 4 1/2 hours after taking the one at noon, I was remembering things--major things like my husband had been gone on business for three days, who I had lunch with the day before, getting dressed in the morning, etc. SCARY!

Review:	I did not like this product. I was really depressed and had bad acne. I never really had stomach pains but I did get indigestion for a bit and an overall weird undescribable feeling. I do not really like who I am while on this so I'm not taking anymore.

Review:	I tried taking taking it on a regular basis, the recommended amount of 2 capsules in the morning made me a nervous wreck and terribly jittery. so I went down to one a day which seems to work out better. I havn't seen any significant weight loss, still get hungry as usual..The only thing this pill is good for is an extreme boost of energy that comes with irritability and the jitters.

Review:	I started taking Zantrex-3 4 weeks ago and I love it! I have more energy to excersize and I know longer want to snack through out the day. I have dropped 2 sizes and feel good about myself. I still have more weight to drop but I can do it, wish me luck.

Review:	I am going to try this for its extreme caffeine content. I need the energy so I can exercise after I work my graveyard shifts. I however have a regular exercise routine already, and am already seeing rapid weightloss from just exercising regularly. Which I recommend to everyone ... caffeine doesnt affect me like it does others. I can drink two pots of coffee and fall asleep right after! I am a waitress and when I get off work at 4am. I head straight for the gym which opens at 5am. I will repost if I see any good or bad results. Overall the reviews are fifty-fifty for this product. My friend tried it and she ran every day like I do, and she lost 50lbs in a coupla months. She gave me a bottle and I am willing to try it. After all they say these diet pills, not just Zantrex, works for SOME not all. I will come back here and re-rate this product when I am finished with the bottle. So wish me luck!

Review:	I have been taking this product for a couple of weeks, and although I finally lost a few pounds and got over my plateau, I'm not sure that I would recommend it to anyone. You HAVE to eat as soon as you feel hungry, or you get the gitters really bad. You tend to feel anxious a lot, and it seemed to elevate my symptoms of PMS (more painful cramps, depression, & irritability). I'm not sure if the benefits of this product out-weigh the side effects. Mabye it's better if only taken on a short-term basis?

Review:	I have used Zantrex for about a month and havent had any significant weight loss. I hate the way I feel when taking this pill. I have severe headaches,increased heart beat and stomach pain. When I first started taking the pill I had little or no side effects and had a huge energy rush, but now I just feel nervous and irratible, as a result I am quitting the pill. I wouldn't recommed Zantrex 3 to anyone. However people do react to the product differently.

Review:	I give this product a 1 out of 5. I took this product for a little of a month I didn't loose any weight and it had very harsh side effects. It made me constipated, I had migranes, mood swings and upset stomach.
