When i took Thermadrol it had ephedrine in it, so I don't know if it works as well as it did back then, but I have seen good reviews of it recently. It was 2 years ago. I took it for about 4 weeks, and lost about 20 lbs. My mother in law told her husband in front of me that I lost a crap load of weight. She was amazed, so apparently it had worked. Living in a tiny apartment back then, I didn't have room to exercise, but this pill alone caused me to lost 20 lbs. Simply the best of any that I have tried. It's too bad ephedra is off the market. |

This product is great for people who want a safe, all-natural dietary supplement. It has 500 mg white kidney bean extract and all it does is help break down the carbs. I also am in weight watchers and exercise almost everyday. I went from 175 pounds to being 150 in about 4 1/2 months. I take 2 pills before each of my meals everyday. I highly recommend this product. |

I must admit I've recently started relacore as well, but before relacore, I've lost over 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Over the past couple of weeks, I've lost 5 more lbs. people are telling me I look great, and my clothes are a lot looser now. |

I was a steady 120lbs for the past 5 years. I took one bottle of TrimSpa and ended up gaining 20lbs over the next year. I swear it ruined my metabolism. Nothing else in my life had changed. It was heartbreaking. I would give it 0 stars if that were an option. |

I'm surprised at this pill. I've only been taking it for 2 weeks but I feel amazing. I don't really know the amount of weight I lost because I don't own a scale, but the feeling I have about myself is worth not knowing. I've had more energy than ever; I don't feel shaky either. I odn't eat as much as I used to. I work in an ice creme shop, so you know the temptaion is always there, but in taking Trimspa, I don't even want any ice creme. It's amazing. Get it! |

The hardest thing about diet pills is trusting the word of someone you don't even know. I would understand this completely. This is why I'm recommending this:
Best part about it: TrimSpa absolutely takes away your appetite. It almost makes you forget about food in a safe, non-ephedra way. Within the first week your belly goes down and you feel in control of how much you eat...with confidence.
Worst part about it: It seems hard to say this, but I haven't got a single bad thing to say. Go ahead and be surprised, I know I am!
Final point: The most I can say is try it and see for yourself. But please remember, no diet or diet pill can work if YOU don't make the attempt to get off the couch and work at it! God bless and good luck! |

Took 90 pills religiously, didn't eat more, actually ate the same normal amounts of food and the only effect I found was dizziness, and fat GAIN. Don't know how to explain it, I exercised the same, ate the same, took 3-4 pills a day as directed and wasted my money and probably my health. I don't recommend it. |

I have been on this product for almost one week. So far, I am even more hungry than I was before I started using it. But, I am going to give it one more week. The same thing happened to me when I tried a different Hoodia product prior to this brand. At first, I seemed to be more hungry and then it kicked in for me and I was less and less hungry. I would still eat my regular meals but, I would eat smaller portions, became fuller faster and most of the junk food binging stopped. In conclusion, I think that everyone is different and anyone interested in trying this product should give it at least a month. Again, some certified brands of Hoodia may work better for some people while not working at all for other folks. At this time, I cannot recommend this product. |

Hi I have been taking Hoodia DEX-L10 for about 6 weeks now, and I have lost a total of 37 pounds. This is truely the best diet pill to take. Hoodia stops me from feeling hungry, I eat 1000 calories daily and I feel so full that at times I have to make myself eat. This is definetly the product to use. I have been taking this product for 3 days and I already feel thinner. Although I haven't exactly lost my appetite, I feel like it curbs my appetite for snacking. At meal time I eat, but it does feel like I get full on less than before. The only side affect for me is that I get very hot an hour or two after I take it. This could be because I am moving a little faster due to an increase in energy. I have never taken a weight loss product before, but I do feel that this is going to work, although I do think along with it you have to exercise some self control. But like I said, I think it makes it easier not to snack. |

This is my first day on this product and this stuff definitely works. I'm a snacker...I can't live w/o my candy, so you can guess my surprise since I've barely eaten that much today. I took the product at 9:40am, had a bowl of oatmeal at 10:30, took another pill at 12pm, didn't have any desire to eat even at 5 pm, but I had a KFC meal anyways. Right now it's 9:30 and i still feel very full..strange. I tried the hoodoba (liquid) products and even though it worked ok, i couldn't be sure whether my small decrease in appetite was the product or my mind playing tricks on me. With this product, you definitely know! Hope it works for you! Yes, i was hesitant but just try it, it was on $32 at GNC (a lot cheaper than those websites out there) |

I've tried every thing on the market only to agree that all of them only made me feel jittery and sometimes even angry.. TrimSpa, Zantrex, Cortislim, etc. however I have to sincerely say dex-L10 has no harsh side effects only the loss of appetite. Its only been a week, but I think its going to work, I usually snack all day long but that has stopped, completely. |

I've used Lipovarin now for 3 weeks. Actually, I was on the 3 week rapid weight loss system that includes 2 other Sterling Grant products which supposively compliment the Lipovarin.
I give this product 2 out of 5 stars and do not recommend purchasing. I will say that I did lose roughly 5-8 pounds in this time period and as many as 9 lbs a few days before my 3 weeks were up. However, I do not believe that the supplements I took had any part in my weight loss. Let me explain. For 3 weeks, I had a very small breakfast which consisted of 3 eggs ( 2 yokes, 3 whites scrambled ) and a half a glass of OJ. I drank 10 17 oz glasses of water each day. For lunch, I usually had some soup, a blackedned chicken breast ( small ) or blackened grouper fillet ( small ) and some green beans. Dinner consisted sometimes of a sandwich, steak, or a chicken breast. Lets just say, I didn't pig out whatsoever. I also walked 2-3 miles a day at a pretty quick paste ( 3.5-4 mph's ) Sometimes I walked 5 miles a day by doing a couple in the morning and a couple when I got home from work. Needless to say, my feet are still from all the blisters. I think I would have gotten the same results without using these supplements with just diet and exercise. I will say that I wasn't that hungry and had a little burst of energy the 1st week so just maybe that played a small part. My advice to you is to diet and excercise instead of putting 1200mg of caffeine in your system..lucky for me I drank a ton of water so I wouldn't have any side effects. I believe these pills probably help a person pyschologically more than anything. I'm going to keep up the diet and exercise and I bet in another month, I will have lost 10 lbs. All without the help from Lipovarin.

I lost 20lbs in 3 weeks taking 2 pills 3 times a day: 8:00morn-12:00noon-4:00eve. I was 150lbs when I started-5'2. For breakfast, like 8:00, eat wheat bread with peanut butter on top. For dinner, like 4:00, eat can of tuna in water with sugarfree relish/w/miracle whip free mayo - wrap it in wheat tortilla and add lettuce. Eat nothing but what I said only drink water all day. I couldnt help but notice that most people are complaining that they could not lose weight on many products. But then again they only took them for a month, and most likely did not exercise. If there was a diet pill out there that provided results that quick there would be no need for exercise at all. I acheived incredible results from Hydroxycut. I strongly recommend this product to anyone who seriously wants to lose weight. Wheather it be a lot of weight or just enough to get you fit for that special someone, Hydroxycut should be your choice. Diet and exercise help. |

I'm currently 160 lbs and a recent college grad. I first took 1 pill for the first day to check if I had any negative side effects. When I did not feel any negative reaction the following day, I take 3 pills as described by the label everyday before breakfast. Even though it states between 30-60 minutes, I will wait the full hour before eating anything. My appetite is suppressed and my energy is up; however, my energy lasts for maybe 4 hours. I have been taking it for the past week and lost 6 lbs. I did combine this with an Atkins diet and at least half an hour of cardio everyday whether walking or riding a bike. I will continue to use this and try to post my progress bi-weekly. Good luck to those using Xenadrine NRG. |

I have taken this supplemrnt for aprox. one week now. I have followed all the directions and always drink lots of water! I am also a mom of three and start the days early about 5-6:30 am. So bofore breakfast I would take one pill to start. Everything seemed ok but around 10:am I started to feel sleepy???? So I would keep pressing on, around lunch I would take another. Than around 5:pm I was sleepy again! This was starting to suck now, and being a mom there is no rest untill the children were in bed! I had homework to help with, dinner, baths, ect. (NOT THE TIME TO BE SLEEPY) I continued to do the same the next day.... The results were also the same! So I thought maby I should up the dossage to stop the sleepyness. Two in the morning made ne very nauses- so there is the "loss of apetite"! I still would crash after a couple of hours! On day 4 I still continued to "try to get my moneys worth out of the proudct"lol. WARNING! That time of the month was on its way and my P.M.S.-"never a issue before" became verry serious. I had the worst mood swings in the world!!! I became angry! I alos got hot flashes and was so snapy to anyone. I was ready to tear someones head off! I have never expierenced this before. I scared myself, I felt like a monster. "This pill is something I would NOT recomend for us women" Ladies please beware!I decided that the caffene "highs & lows wanting to crash" + nausia + anxiety + angry mood swings"never expierenced before ZANTREX 3- was not worth the feelings I had. No matter how much weight I could of lost! I ended up flushing the proudct after yelling at my daughter for no reason at all!!!!!Whats up with that? It had to go!!!! (I dont think its good for anyone even if you loose weight) It just doesnt feel like a good thing! |

I started taking this 3 months after I had my baby, and it made me feel horrible and depressed, I got really bad headaches and I actually felt like I could hurt myself or someone else. I just felt really weird on it, I ended up flushing the rest and I had no more symptoms after I stopped taking them. |

i cant really say that this product is good for you... it knock the wind outta my stomach, cramps, super stomack pain for 5 to 8 minutes... very painfull to the point i wanted to call the ER asap.. but i decided not to go to the extreme.. overall.. this pill did help me lost almost 25 lbs in under two months.. so im giving it a 3 out of five star.... im very dedicated to losing my weight and that is why im continuing taking this pill.... |

Do Not Take This Diet Pill, Extremely Dangerous, Sent Me To The ER That Night!
I almost called Zantrex on this, when it happened to me. I took one that day, and then another that evening with dinner. Later that night, in bed, I became violently ill, with Heart Palpitations so severe I could not breathe, shortness of breath, chills, fever, chest pain. Called the ER,ambulance, and they rushed me to the hospital. Said it was the extreme diet pill I had taken. My heart rate was so fast they had to administer medication to bring it down. I was in the ER for 2 hrs until my heart was stabilized. Please do not take this diet pill, and I pray someone has this taken off the market, before, if it hasn't already killed someone!

Do Not Use This Product!
I took two with 2 glasses of water before breakfast, ate a light breakfast. Took 2 with 2 glasses of water before lunch, ate lunch. An hour later, I wanted to vomit so bad! Finally did and then for the next 3 hours, I could NOT REMEMBER anything that had happened up to three days prior. My husband and daughter called the doctor and was told to take me to the emergency room with all my meds. I only take Lipitor. When I went to get it, I saw the Zantrex-3 bottle and remembered that I had taken them and knew immediately that was when I started getting sick. After about 4 1/2 hours after taking the one at noon, I was remembering things--major things like my husband had been gone on business for three days, who I had lunch with the day before, getting dressed in the morning, etc. SCARY! |

I have been using zantrex3 for about 2 months and I haven't seen any dramatic weight loss,they may give you some energy but the awful headaches they gave me proved not to be worth it. |

I did not like this product. I was really depressed and had bad acne. I never really had stomach pains but I did get indigestion for a bit and an overall weird undescribable feeling. I do not really like who I am while on this so I'm not taking anymore. |

I tried taking taking it on a regular basis, the recommended amount of 2 capsules in the morning made me a nervous wreck and terribly jittery.
so I went down to one a day which seems to work out better. I havn't seen any significant weight loss, still get hungry as usual..The only thing this pill is good for is an extreme boost of energy that comes with irritability and the jitters. |

I started taking Zantrex-3 4 weeks ago and I love it! I have more energy to excersize and I know longer want to snack through out the day. I have dropped 2 sizes and feel good about myself. I still have more weight to drop but I can do it, wish me luck. |

I am going to try this for its extreme caffeine content. I need the energy so I can exercise after I work my graveyard shifts. I however have a regular exercise routine already, and am already seeing rapid weightloss from just exercising regularly. Which I recommend to everyone ... caffeine doesnt affect me like it does others. I can drink two pots of coffee and fall asleep right after! I am a waitress and when I get off work at 4am. I head straight for the gym which opens at 5am. I will repost if I see any good or bad results. Overall the reviews are fifty-fifty for this product. My friend tried it and she ran every day like I do, and she lost 50lbs in a coupla months. She gave me a bottle and I am willing to try it. After all they say these diet pills, not just Zantrex, works for SOME not all. I will come back here and re-rate this product when I am finished with the bottle. So wish me luck! |

I have been taking this product for a couple of weeks, and although I finally lost a few pounds and got over my plateau, I'm not sure that I would recommend it to anyone. You HAVE to eat as soon as you feel hungry, or you get the gitters really bad. You tend to feel anxious a lot, and it seemed to elevate my symptoms of PMS (more painful cramps, depression, & irritability). I'm not sure if the benefits of this product out-weigh the side effects. Mabye it's better if only taken on a short-term basis? |

I have used Zantrex for about a month and havent had any significant weight loss. I hate the way I feel when taking this pill. I have severe headaches,increased heart beat and stomach pain. When I first started taking the pill I had little or no side effects and had a huge energy rush, but now I just feel nervous and irratible, as a result I am quitting the pill. I wouldn't recommed Zantrex 3 to anyone. However people do react to the product differently. |

I give this product a 1 out of 5. I took this product for a little of a month I didn't loose any weight and it had very harsh side effects. It made me constipated, I had migranes, mood swings and upset stomach. |

I took Relacore for two weeks and I started getting acne on my face for the first time eveer and my hair started falling out. What is really sad is that beiseds the horrific side effects I was losing weight. But, it is not worth all my hair falling out and getting acne...Relacore seriously needs to fix their product. |

I keep a very busy lifestyle due to my working as a full time night charge RN nurse. I am 22 and don't even have the time to exercise. I have a much more elevelated mood now, and when I take a 2 hour nap before work, it feels like I've been sleeping for 8 hours. I recommend this product to people that need stabilization of their mood and would like to lose some weight anyday. I don't really have much to lose in terms of weight, but Relacore has helped in the stubborn last 15 lbs. |

I would not recommend this product to anyone. The dosage directions say to take 2 tablets 3 times a day. I was taking 1 tablet every other day and the side affects were horrible. Hair loss, bloating, abdominal pain, extreme diarrhea, dizziness, heart palpitations, irritability, headaches, hot flashes, the list goes on and on |

I dont think I have lost a lot of weight on this product but WOW do I feel better. Alot of my anxiety is gone and I feel better over all. I would take it just for the benefits I get of a better mood and well being. I can say that I was a stress eater and I am eating less since taking this product, I also used to munch on chocolate all day and have massive sugar cravings which I have not had since taking Relacore. |

I took Relacore I noticed a difference and felt good I thought this is to good to be true then I noticed increased facial hair growth rapidly and started to get acne on my face and chest I then I read the side affects on the Relacore bottle sure enough it was some of the side affects I no longer take Relacore because of the side affects kept increasing my face could no longer take all the waxing pain and ingrown facial hair. |

I ate less I walked 3 miles a day, and didn't see any results. The only results I seen was hair loss. I have a head full of hair I took Relacore for a month and that's the only thing change in my life and I notice that I have a hair loss from the side and the top of my head. I would not recommended relacore to any one. |

When i took Thermadrol it had ephedrine in it, so I don't know if it works as well as it did back then, but I have seen good reviews of it recently. It was 2 years ago. I took it for about 4 weeks, and lost about 20 lbs. My mother in law told her husband in front of me that I lost a crap load of weight. She was amazed, so apparently it had worked. Living in a tiny apartment back then, I didn't have room to exercise, but this pill alone caused me to lost 20 lbs. Simply the best of any that I have tried. It's too bad ephedra is off the market. |
